Synstech Sdn Bhd is ideal for storing difficult, long and heavy items such as steel bars, pipes, tubes, packs of timber or furniture. Synstech With multi-tier shelving systems, it is possible to make maximum use of the available space inside tall warehouses. Systems like these are often used to store small parts for manual order picking. For these purposes, we offer the Synstech systems for up to 3 levels, or up to 5 levels. We can create tracks in the shelves with intelligent modern design and minimal steelwork. These are attached by brackets to the punch holes in the upright sections, and reinforced by supports according to the track width and/or loading. The simple and rapid assembly means an increased cost advantage compared with competitor systems. The Synstech multi-tier shelving solution is based on the proven QUICK system and is ready for up to 3 levels. The clinched (pre-assembled) frames are set up, the reinforcements are attached, the shelves are inserted in the clips, and the shelves are now up. Then only the tracks need to be mounted and the system is ready.

Longspan Shelving system Synstech Longspan Shelving system is an easy to assembly system which is ideal for the storage of large, heavy or awkwardly shaped items. The system comprises just two components, frames and beams plus decking material. The purpose designed beams can be up to 2450mm long and locate into the frames in seconds. All that remains is to drop the decking into place which can be either steel shelves or plywood. It can also be designed to support a mezzanine floor overhead. Synstech Double Pallet Racking is an alternative to selective pallet racking with storage of two pallets deep instead of one.

SynstechDrive-in Pallet Racking System may offer solution on high storage capacityrequirement. It eliminating aisles and lanes produces a high storage density atthe expenses of selectivity.

Drive in pallet Racking provides a highly space-efficient solution to the storage and throughput of palletised goods. By dispensing with access aisles drive-in racking provides a high-density of storage in a given area to increase capacity by some 60-80% over conventional ‘selective pallet racking’.

It come in wall , end and Island units - an island unit is just like a wall unit, with all the parts also attached to the back of the "upright".

Synstech Mobile racking is a specialized high density system often designed for long-term storage of palletized goods. The racks are mounted on mobile bases, which run on rails up and down the storage area. The bases are electronically driven and are normally kept closed leaving one aisle for access.
